Operational Update – November 2020

Well as we continue with this roller coaster of a year, with ever changing parameters domestically and internationally, we are personally even more determined to come out of this stronger and more resilient than ever. And can’t wait to give all  our guests (close and far)  the stress free, nature abounding day that we all so much deserve.

To our local and interstate guests, we look forward to the further easing of restrictions and are forever hopeful to the opening of domestic borders so that we can welcome all of our Australian guests for an unforgettable stress-free  summer in the tropics! We look forward to the possibility  of seeing some of our past  “Ocean Free & Ocean Freedom” family return and welcome the opportunity to meet up with many others for the first time!

To our international guests we are truly missing you but we have every hope that  we will be welcoming you back with open arms as soon as the international borders are deemed safe to open. We can’t wait to pamper you all.

At present we are continue to stagger operations with Ocean Freedom operating on Saturday / Monday / Wednesday  and Ocean Free Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday and Friday if demand allows. Some flexibility is still required but  our office is manned full time, 7 days a week, with 24 hr phone access –  so communication is easy and accessible. We continue  to have full flexibility with bookings to allow for any unexpected, unforeseen changes that are so common at present, are operating with much reduced numbers to try and ensure some consistency for our guests’ travel plans, and we continue to operate within our COVID-safe plans.

As a small local family operated company we are truly grateful for all your support so far. A big THANK YOU to all our  past travellers this year  and big thank you to those planning to visit us soon – we can’t wait to give you, your families and friends  the best day possible!
